excellent heathelpful staff
The shower offered excellent heat and water pressure. The location proved very convenient. It allowed easy access to various attractions. I found the staff helpful . The room included a useful microwave and refrigerator.
The curtains did not fully block morning light.

the reception staff demonstrated great patience during my slightly disorganised check-in! the location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
I found that the parking arrangements were not ideal. I had to walk a few blocks to reach the public parking area, a small inconvenience that i hope will be addressed in the future.

The location proved convenient. The bus stop for the airport was right in front of the building. The train station was also nearby, which i found helpful (particularly with luggage).
i also found the lack of parking to be a real inconvenience.

My room was comfortable on the 7th floor. The bathroom was newly renovated, a great feature. The hotel is near St Catherine Street making it easy to walk around.
